Mr. Mazzeo is a sole practitioner in Venice, Florida, practicing exclusively in the arena of elder law, including Life Care Planning, Medicaid eligibility, asset preservation, estate planning estate administration, probate, special needs trusts and disability planning. Mr. Mazzeo is a charter member of the Academy of Special Needs Trust Planners and a member of the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association.
Mr. Mazzeo currently serves on the Boards of Directors for the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys and Manasota Legal Aid. Mr. Mazzeo is a past president of the Venice Englewood Bar and has served on several legal organization committees including Chair of The Florida Bar's Annual Public Benefits Seminar. Mr. Mazzeo is a current Co-Chair of the 2008 Elder Concert sponsored by the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys.
