Mr. Mazzeo is a sole practitioner in Venice, Florida, practicing exclusively in the arena of elder law, including  Medicaid eligibility, asset preservation, estate planning estate administration, probate, special needs trusts and disability planning. Mr. Mazzeo is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar.

Mr. Mazzeo is the 2010 President of  the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Mazzeo is a past president of the Venice Englewood Bar and has served on several legal organization committees including  Manasota Legal Aid, Chair of The Florida Bar's Annual Public Benefits Seminar, and Co-Chair of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys' annual Elder Concert.
